    Position Overview:

    Key Responsibilities:

    Client Consultation and Support:

    • Conduct virtual consultations with potential clients to assess their insurance needs, health requirements, and financial goals.
    • Offer personalized recommendations and guide clients on life and health insurance products.
    • Perform in-depth financial needs analysis to understand each client's unique situation.
    • Foster strong client relationships through responsive and professional support.
    • Address client inquiries, concerns, and claims promptly and effectively.
    • Regularly review and adjust client policies to ensure ongoing coverage adequacy.
    • Network, build referrals, and employ marketing efforts to expand your client base.

    Policy Options:

    • Present financial options clearly and comprehensively, helping clients make informed decisions.
    • Assist clients in selecting the right policies and coverage levels tailored to their unique circumstances.
    • Complete application processes accurately and submit paperwork electronically.

    Product Knowledge:

    • Stay updated on industry trends, and product offerings.
    • Participate in training sessions to gain expertise in the latest insurance products.

    Training and Mentorship:

    • Take advantage of our comprehensive training program designed for candidates with no prior experience.
    • Receive guidance and support from experienced professionals to help you succeed.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 18 years of age
    • Legal US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident.
    • Background check required.
    • Able to complete state licensing requirements.
