    Munawar & Andrews Santillo Llp in Dallas, TX is looking for one remote data entry clerk to join our team. We are located on 3146 Romines Mill Road. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable. As a Remote Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date information within our databases. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

    Responsibilities

    • Inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data into our database systems.
    • Verifying and cross-checking data entries for accuracy and completeness.
    • Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further details if needed.
    • Organizing and maintaining electronic files and documents.
    • Ensuring data integrity and security by following company procedures and protocols.
    • Assisting with data cleanup and quality assurance projects as assigned.
    • Adhering to data entry deadlines and productivity targets.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or office administration is a plus.
    • Previous experience with database management systems (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, etc.) preferred but not required.
    • Familiarity with basic data analysis and reporting techniques.
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively in a remote work environment.

    Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $ $22.00/hour.
