What to expect

  • Within your first month, you will
- be guided into the BTC cloud world by a technical and organizational mentor
- learn about our values and self-organizational work methods
- accompany your technical mentor in customer projects to understand how we build cloud infrastructure and what our best practices and existing platforms look like

  • Within your first three months, you will
- get an overview of our customers and all important stakeholders
- actively shape our self-organized work processes from a control role
- create cloud architectures using various AWS services in your first projects
- independently drive our projects in the energy, automotive, or insurance industries

  • Within your first year, you will
- be an important part of our team, actively driving us forward
- take responsibility as an architect for topics and clients and help them achieve their goals and projects independently
- have furthered your education with the support of BTC and aim for the next certification
- evaluate new AWS features and promote knowledge within the team
