Your responsibilities:
- As an Energy Clerk (m/f/d), you will be responsible for customer service and consultation on renewable energy topics
- You will also receive and process orders independently
- You will provide advice and solutions to customers in case of complaints and claims
- Your assistance will be needed in handling complex issues related to energy
- You will handle general office organization independently
Your profile:
- You have successfully completed a degree in energy science or have a commercial education with work experience in the energy industry
- You are familiar with MS Office and SAP
- You are a friendly and solutionoriented contact person in customer interactions
- Your organizational skills and willingness to familiarize yourself with energyrelated topics complete your profile
