    Job Description

    The Law Firm of Aloia Roland seeks a fulltime, in-office Human Resources Manager for its Fort Myers, FL Headquarters.

    Reporting to the Firm's Director of Administration, the successful candidate will, at a minimum possess:

    • At least three years experience directly handling all day-to-day HR duties for a small to medium-sized business including:
      • Hiring and exiting
      • Benefits management
      • General personnel matters (vacation, illness, remote work needs)
      • Conflict resolution
    • A bachelor's degree in human resources or management
    • A strong drive and the ability to work in a high-energy environment
    • Plusses include:
      • Master's degree in human resource or MBA
      • HR experience in a professional services firm (law, medical, dental, accounting)
