    Description
    Spherion is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager for a non-profit Global Christian religious-affiliated organization located in Ft. Myers, Fl.


    Responsibilities:
    This position represents the organization to the employees and carries out the responsibility for the following functions:
    Recruitment
    Compensation and benefits
    Employee relations
    Workers compensation
    Labor law
    Compliance
    Training and Development

    Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


    Skills:
    Must subscribe to the organizations statement of faith
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred
    Minimum of five years' experience in Human Resources preferred
    PHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP Certification preferred


    Education:
    Bachelors

    Experience:

    4-7 years


    Qualifications:
    Technologically savvy, particularly with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Calendar.
    Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
    Leadership Skills
    Comprehensive understanding of local and state employment laws.
