- Supervise, coach, and develop staff members, assist in training all new employees in the completion of expected job duties by all company and client policies.
- Supervise staff members' workplace performance and attendance.
- Ensure all equipment functions properly, and adhere to and enforce all safety OSHA guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Must have specific knowledge of all Hydro Blast Pumps (10K, 20K, 40K).
- Must have specific knowledge of Liquid Vacuum and Air Machine Trucks.
- Load out the hydro blast and vacuum truck jobs, i.e. be familiar with all pieces of equipment necessary to safely and effectively complete the required job scope.
- Inspect all aspects of work from the Jobsite to equipment before commencing work.
- Complete Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and all applicable safety paperwork.
- Communicate Updates with Clients.
- Assist in general maintenance of company equipment, service, grease, etc.
- Wash and clean company equipment – Pressure wash, clean cabs, etc.
- General housekeeping – sweep floors, take out trashes, and help keep work areas clean and organized.
- Help with future job load-outs or unloads from previous jobs – Return equipment and PPE back to designated areas.
- Complete time sheets and all admin paperwork by required deadlines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 to 4 years of related experience preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Work at Industrial Owner Facilities.
- Strong communication skills, both internally and externally.
- Experience in the hydro blasting and vacuuming field.
- Valid Driver License.
- Ability to travel out of town up to 25% of the time and work at Industrial Owner Facilities.
- Perform Manual Labor to complete tasks associated with service lines performed by USA Debusk.
- Be On Call 24/7, Flexible - willingness to work off shifts and weekends.
- Able to work shifts up to 12-16 hours (day or night), both indoors and outdoors in the sun, which requires being on your feet.
- Physically capable of performing all duties and responsibilities assigned.
- Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Physically capable to stand and/or walk continuously for long periods if necessary.
- Physically capable to climb, balance, bend/stooping, and kneel continuously.
- After 60 days of employment with the company.
