    • Boston, MAJob CategoryFinanceThe Client Service Operations Associate will provide centralized operational support for our clients.
    The Associate will work directly with Advisors and the client service teams and be responsible for opening and maintaining accounts and serving the day-to-day operational needs of our clients.


    Primary Responsibilities:
    As an Associate your responsibilities would include the following activities:Performing account maintenance, including account openings/closings, monitoring custodial alert systems, and processing margin interest paymentsExecuting transfers, wires, and cash management requests, including CRT distributionsGenerating and distributing quarterly investment reportsMaintaining Tax Log for Form 1099s and Schedule K-1sMonitoring Alternative Investments inbox for Schedule K-1s and Capital Call NoticesUpdating client data in Salesforce, and custodial systemsPreserving files in document management system and following designated workflows and compliance proceduresFlexibility to work remotely or in office as scheduledIdeal Candidate Profile - "Our Casting Call"Bachelor's degree required2+ years of experience working within the securities industry preferably for an RIA or custodianExperience working with portfolio management systems (Orion preferred), CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
