- Active support of our Head of Human Resources in daily operations
- Assisting and participating in internal projects
- Administrative support for the entire employee life cycle in a selected area
- Coordination of internal investment planning, cost center planning, and provision determination
- Preparation of reports, statistics, presentations, and decision templates
- Harmonization and optimization of HR internal crosssite processes
- Representation and support of the Assistant Head of HR1 & HR
- Independent organization of the HR management's secretariat, including scheduling and travel management
Job Requirements:
- Solid, relevant work experience in a similar position in the field of Human Resources
- Independent, goaloriented, structured, and proactive work style
- Quick comprehension and high service orientation
- Strong communication skills, sense of responsibility, loyalty, and discretion
