Responsibilities
- Receiving and qualifying phone calls
- Forwarding customer inquiries to the appropriate departments
- Conducting various phone campaigns (customer care contacts)
- Surveying customers for satisfaction
- Maintaining master data
- Assisting customers at the information desk
- Processing data protection declarations
Profile
- Completed commercial training, ideally as an automotive salesman (m/f/d)
- Relevant professional experience in customer service, ideally in a car
