***We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Supervisor at our Ritz-Carlton Reserve Hotel in Jiuzhaigou, China. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate the activities of our cooks and kitchen staff. You will be responsible for ensuring that food is presented beautifully and in the correct portions, as well as monitoring the quantity and quality of food prepared. You will also assist with special meal requests and maintaining kitchen supplies.


As a member of our team, you will also assist with hiring, training, and managing employees, as well as ensuring compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
