Your tasks:


To strengthen our large-scale catering team, we are currently looking for a working student in the field of data management (m/f/d) for 20 hours per week.

Your responsibilities include maintaining, cleaning, and updating data and customer-specific information in the Organic Garden Nutrition Management Platform:

  • You manage and update the location-specific menu planning for our customers
  • You ensure the correct display of images and text at our customers' point of sale (uploading content and entering it for each day)
  • With our product and dish development, you support the review process of dishes and components
  • You revise existing data of components and dishes
  • You maintain data regarding health benefits, seasonality, and special content at the product and producer levels
  • You expand the data sets by maintaining new recipes and dishes
  • You support in the review process of digital feature development (e.g. for bugs)
  • You maintain the Organic Garden Academy section with videos and build up interactive usage
  • You are part of the development team for our reporting and support in the evaluation and presentation of data (e.g. meal feedback)
  • You ensure the cleansing and maintenance of orderly data sets
  • You participate in other exciting subprojects (research and analysis tasks)
