The Role
As a key quant developer in the team, you bring together investment management and technical skills with a drive to deliver impactful outcomes. You'll work closely with the quantitative research team and collaborate with investment groups on projects related to risk management and portfolio creation. Your focus will be on developing top-notch technology solutions that play a crucial role in shaping risk assessment for alternative investment strategies.

The Team
The Quantitative Development team is part of the Asset Management's Quantitative Research & Investment Technology division. Collaborating closely with the investment teams at Fidelity Asset Management Solutions, our focus is on projects related to portfolio construction, risk management, and alpha research. We aim to deliver high-quality, robust, and efficient solutions that enhance productivity and decision-making at Fidelity.
The annual salary range for this role is $85,000 to $179,000. The final offer will depend on job responsibilities, location, experience, and other factors.
Salary is just one component of the complete compensation package. Depending on the role and eligibility, additional incentives like bonuses may be included.
