- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for the development and commercialization of plasma-based therapeutics, driving a culture of quality and integrity.
- Intellectual Property: Drive the creation, protection, and management of intellectual property assets, including patents, trademarks, and trade secrets, to safeguard innovations and competitive advantage.
- PhD or equivalent degree in biomedical sciences, immunology, molecular biology, or related field; MD/PhD preferred.
- Proven track record of scientific leadership and accomplishments in biotechnology, with significant experience in drug discovery and development.
- Expertise in plasma biology, immunotherapy, or related areas relevant to age-related diseases; experience with plasma-based therapeutics is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of preclinical and clinical development processes, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing scientific teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex scientific concepts and strategy to diverse audiences, including internal stakeholders, external partners, and investors.
