- Leading product installations, configurations, and system integrations for clients
- Establishing strong client relationships as their primary contact and advisor
- Resolving technical issues promptly and offering comprehensive user training
- Collaborating with various internal teams to communicate customer feedback and drive product improvements
- Contributing to documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives to empower clients and internal stakeholders
- Minimum of a master's degree in experimental condensed matter physics, engineering, or a related field
- Professional background in technical support, customer success, or field engineering roles
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Effective multitasking and project management skills
- Organized, efficient, and capable of meeting deadlines
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable
- Keen interest in technology and openness to understanding customer requirements
- Willingness to travel for on-site support as necessary (up to 30% of time)
- Ready to undergo a 3-6 month on-boarding/training period at the headquarters in Munich, Germany
- Experience with MS Office, communication tools, and CRM software
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Fluency in English, knowledge of German is advantageous
