As a First-Level Supporter (m/f/d), you ensure the smooth operation of our software and are the first point of contact for our customers regarding installation and configuration.


  • You support our customers in using our inhouse G-Info family products as well as individual project solutions.
  • As part of the project team, you get to know new software solutions during their development and provide input for smooth operation.
  • In addition to general customer support, you try to reproduce reported errors and make the necessary connections between our development teams and our customers.
  • Our extensive knowledge database helps you answer questions and grows with your experience and contributions.
  • During support processing, you always keep the customer in mind and inform them about the current processing status
