We are currently seeking a Team Leader (m/f/d) for our print finishing department in Ahrensburg.

Your responsibilities:


  • Motivating, guiding, and monitoring employees
  • Organizing internal logistics in multiple production halls
  • Communicating with superiors at the location
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, as well as maintaining cleanliness and orderliness

Your profile:


  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Previous leadership experience is an advantage
  • Ability to assert yourself and handle stress
  • Ideally, some experience in logistics
  • Basic knowledge of German to communicate with our production planners
  • Wellorganized and a team player
