Company Overview: Alta Pest Control is looking for a customer service representative to grow along with us. We're a family-owned and operated company with the latest computer software to stay organized and work efficiently. We've been operating since 2013 and have doubled in size every year since our inception. We're projected to double in size again this year and are looking for people to grow along with us. Our work culture emphasizes long-term employment and happiness for all employees.

Requirements-

Experience:

- No previous experience needed

- All training will be provided

Job Responsibilities:

Schedule Appointments
Answer emails and phone calls
Listen to voice-mails and respond promptly
Keep detailed notes within client accounts
Keep detailed reminder notes to communicate with clients
Take payments over the phone
Enter check payments
New account data entry
