T.W., we are currently seeking a Sachbearbeiter (w/m/d) Innendienst Ärztebedarf to join our team as soon as possible.


Responsibilities:

  • Processing orders, invoicing, and creating quotes for daily business in the field of Ärztebedarf
  • Providing telephone customer support, building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Generating customer reports and statistics
  • Acting as a liaison between the sales team and Ärztebedarf customers
  • Maintaining master data

Qualifications:

  • Completed training as a Kaufmann/frau im Gesundheitswesen, Kaufmann/frau im Groß und Außenhandel, or PTA/PKA
  • Basic knowledge of the healthcare industry, preferably with experience in selling medical products
  • Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of NAV is a plus

Skills and Abilities:

  • Responsible and serviceoriented work ethic
  • Strong communication skills, selfmotivation, and ability to work well in a team
