Deputy Team Leader - Compensation (m/f/d):


Your tasks:

Responsible for payroll and all related follow-up activities for all companies within the Vivantes Group, together with the team leader and the team - Supporting the team leader by planning, coordinating, and taking on defined sub-processes and tasks - Responsible for continuously optimizing and improving processes in payroll together with the team leader - Participation in the implementation of internal guidelines


We expect:

Completed degree (Personnel Management), completed training as a tax clerk, or several years of professional experience with a focus on compensation - In-depth knowledge of wage tax and social security law as well as contract and collective bargaining law - Knowledge of core processes and organizational structure in personnel management - Good knowledge of SAP-HR or a comparable payroll tool - Proficient in MS Office applications - Analytical and strategically oriented thinking and a solution- and goal-oriented work style - High level of commitment and service mentality - Confident and convincing appearance - Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and reliability
