- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in administering Zoom, managing virtual meetings, webinars, and user accounts.

- Familiarity with Zoom security settings and protocols to ensure safe and confidential virtual interactions.
