    • Full Time
    • Friday 8 AM - 5 PM
    • Employed
    • New Graduates Welcome to Apply
    • Average Patients seen: 20-25ppd
    • Call Schedule: 1 in every 5th week (continuous rotation). Consists of taking calls after clinic hours and during the day even if on clinic to cover for needs when other Dr. is out of office. Consists of calls from incoming physicians concerning patients.
    • Loan Repayment
    • Sign-On Bonus: $100000
    • Compensation: Compensation is based on an annual salary range, starting at $260,000.
      -RVU incentive bonus structure supported.
      -Additional compensation provided for ER call
      - $100,000 recruitment sign-on bonus for qualified candidates (tied to an annual agreement upon signing)
    • Benefits: Medical | Dental | Vision
      -PTO Accrual based on years of service/experience
      -$4,000 annual CME (additional CME support provided based on the number of board certifications)
      -Student loan repayment programs available through the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program and HRSA
      -Sign-on incentive awarded upon signing
    • Additional Info: Join our new Nexus Park, an innovative health & wellness park in partnership with Columbus Regional Hospital CRH. CRH is part of a new initiative to transform a regional recreation area into a medical access point. This will be a brand-new facility, catering to several diverse populations from over 10 counties.

      JOB DESCRIPTION:
      -Provide acute office visits, physicals, new patient visits, annual wellness visits, medicare wellness visits, and follow-up on established visits
      -Provide treatment in an outpatient setting by establishing care focused on treating adults. Prevent, diagnose, and treat diseases that afflict all adults, from chronically ill patients to short-term care

      JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
      -Indiana state licensed
      -BE/BC
      -Accepting new grads and in support of H1-B visas
