- Lead complex processes and analysis, providing guidance and oversight to drive Amazon business growth.
- Be a change agent with respect to the Amazon channel. Look to vendor or internal solutions to drive business profitability.
- Ability to think strategically and drive ideas into action, with a positive outlook and willingness to take personal initiative.
- Identify and prioritize key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve channel performance across internal teams and external distribution centers.
- Develop and maintain a broad understanding of company operation, strategies/procedures.
- Evaluate needs, create & maintain standard operating procedures for all relevant marketplace operations.
- Actively seek out ways to reduce operating costs.
- Monitor growth pipelines and work with Digital Channels Manager to prioritize growth initiatives including but not limited to: Discounts, New Products, Private Label, Brand Services, Innovation.
- Create and nurture business relationships with supplier partners.
- Evaluate and select vendors based on performance, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Streamline and enhance operational processes to ensure efficiency and agility.
- Implement best practices for workflow management and automation where applicable.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to adapt to evolving digital trends and technologies.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to standards.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Operations Management, or a related field - or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in operations management with a focus on eCommerce/marketplace.
- Experience conducting analysis (sales & inventory analysis)
- High level of computer competency with a focus on Excel
- 3-5 Years eCommerce/marketplace experience with operations focus.
- Amazon FBA experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
