- Own the after-commitment process of all orders assigned. Prepare the necessary document for order entry, submittal generation and approval to post sales assistance and support.
- Provide order tracking support for all projects including Start-up scheduling
- Assist with post sales technical support by coordinating with Koch Technical Support Advisors
- Answer phones in a professional manner; pick up overflow calls from the commercial loop
- Maintain current, complete, organized project and submittal files; work with the corresponding salesperson to correct any discrepancies
- Review plan and spec takeoffs when requested
- Use, implement and follow Koch Air's policies and procedures
- Attend job site meetings and visits on occasion
- Assist with creating reports, due out, open releases, order tracking and other task as requested
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High School degree or equivalent; college degree preferred, but not required.
- Minimum 2 years' experience with submittals.
- Minimum 2 years HVAC knowledge.
- Ability to problem solve in a positive manner
- Ability to understand customer requirements and manage the customer relationship.
- Ability to proactively manage time and priorities.
- Must be responsive to customers and exhibit a service and sales attitude.
- Ability to use PC, Microsoft Office suite proficiently.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills both written and verbal required.

Our Project Manager will focus onsuccessfully meeting our customer equipment order requirements through proper execution of project management requirements.
