  • You get your project up and running and integrate external partners
  • You are responsible for the technical implementation of our construction projects
  • Together with project planning and construction management, you work on the optimal execution of the construction project and are the head of the project
  • You ensure smooth communication with clients and subcontractors and provide expert support
  • You assign subcontractor services and are responsible for the budget
  • Quality control is part of your tasks
  • You create the construction schedule and oversee deadlines
  • You support construction management in all matters
  • Upon completion of the construction project, you conduct acceptance and final billing
