Insight Global is recruiting for one of our top clients in the media and entertainment industry.

Candidates must work onsite in Orlando, FL, Monday to Friday, and have a valid driver's license, reliable transport, and be comfortable with full onsite work.

Job Description:

Title: Project Coordinator

Duration: 7 months

Type: Fully onsite, Monday to Friday

Location: Orlando, FL

MUST HAVES:

Valid Driver's License.
3+ years of experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
Familiarity with SAP.
Supporting projects from start to finish.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Associates degree or equivalent work experience.

Effective coordination of multiple projects simultaneously.
Outstanding communication skills.
Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly.
Excellent organization and follow-through abilities.

Day-To-Day Responsibilities:

A leading entertainment client seeks a Project Coordinator to join their team. Responsibilities include:

Ordering from SAP and vendors, vehicle management, assisting with mail services, space planning, communications, onboarding and offboarding assistance, and collaborating with the Facilities and Operations team.
Coordinating tasks related to tenant improvement, moves, billing, vehicles, mail, AV, and warehousing.
Engaging with vendors for work bids, punch walks, work completion verification, and billing tracking.
Coordinating internal labor for operational support.
Completion of assigned administrative projects.

Compensation:

Salary range: $27/hr to $33/hr.

Actual compensation may vary depending on skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, vision insurance, HSA, FSA, DCFSA, 401k with employer match, and paid time off in accordance with the law.
