    JOB TITLE: IT Project Coordinator

    Duration: 12 Months (Hybrid, 2 days remote and 3 days onsite)

    JOB SUMMARY:

    The Coordinator, IT - PMO role assists management with coordination of resource management and portfolio requests, assist with the building of business cases (where necessary), track progress of recruitment, partner with resource leadership for status, track equipment, and provide reporting on active resource requests and labor management. This role is part of the resource management team, within the Parks Technology Project Management Organization (PMO) business unit, and supports establishing strong relationships with all areas of the overall Universal Parks Technology (UPT) department in order to understand resource needs for project and production support efforts.

    EDUCATION: High school degree or GED is required. Bachelor's degree is preferred in Technology or Business. Other: Knowledge of project management concepts or business analysis preferred.

    EXPERIENCE:

    • Minimum of 2+ years in a coordinator role within Information Technology, Business Field, Project Management or consulting; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels within an organization, with an emphasis on senior level management, combined with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical team members at all levels.
    • Must have a strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications with an emphasis in Excel and PowerPoint. Jira experience a plus.
    • Must have experience with building reports and dashboards and maintaining their integrity.
    • Prioritization and time management skills.
    • Positive attitude, flexibility, professional demeanor.
    • Intellectual curiosity with a strong willingness to learn.
