    Job Title: Project Coordinator

    Job Description:

    • Must Have: Minimum of 1 year in Billing (Finance), a Notary, and Contracts background.
    • Looking for someone experienced in an office environment, confident with excel.
    • Excellent excel skills and word proficiency are essential.
    • Thorough contracts background required to handle projects efficiently.
    • Support Project Managers and Operations Managers in project execution through coordination with various departments.
    • Role within the Solutions organization to assist in implementing core business processes.
    • Act as the central point for all projects to ensure smooth progress through milestones.

    Recurring tasks:

    • Submit booking package for change orders in Book IT with documentation from the PM.
    • Track timesheet submissions for projects and communicate missing timesheets to Ops Manager.
    • Properly file received documents and archive hardcopies in designated locations.
    • Assist PM in maintaining accurate billing documentation and resolve collection issues.
    • Notarize billing documents as per customer requirements.
    • Ability to work independently, self-motivated, seeking long-term career prospects.
    • Dependable, reliable, attention to detail is crucial.
