Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a knack for providing excellent customer service? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you FUNBOX, Arcadia, a popular indoor bounce house facility, is currently seeking a dedicated and energetic Cashier to join our team.

As a Cashier, you will be at the forefront of our operation, ensuring smooth transactions, maintaining a safe environment, and delivering exceptional service to our customers.


Responsibilities:

*Operate the cash register and handle cash, credit card, and mobile payment transactions accurately. *Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression. *Answer customer inquiries, provide information about our services, and assist with any issues or concerns. *Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station and surrounding areas. *Ensure the safety of customers by being alert and aware of their surroundings, especially when working inside the bounce house area. *Monitor customer flow and manage lines to ensure efficient service. *Collaborate with other staff members to address customer needs promptly and effectively. *Assist in maintaining inventory levels of merchandise, including snacks and beverages. *Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors.


Requirements:

*Previous experience in a customer service or cashier role, preferably in a high-energy environment. *Ability to stand for up to 8 hours a day and work in a fast-paced, physically demanding setting. *Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both children and adults. *Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling and transaction processing. *Ability to remain calm and composed in a hectic environment, demonstrating exceptional multitasking skills. *Proven ability to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in work areas. *Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Available shifts and compensation:
We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $ $18.00/hour.
