    Are you ready to help us make the future?Job DescriptionReview MPS plans in between execution and planning window to identify shortages for assigned outlines (0-13 weeks)

    drive a daily cadence with clear issues, actions, owners, and timing (cross functional reviews required)hold cross functional teams accountableIdentify & engage procurement partner (Buyer) for external supply gaps based on escalation triggersIdentify & engage internal teams for internal supply gaps based on escalation triggersEnsure parts are loaded into Command Center and attend the war room/sunrise review meetings for updates and escalationsIdentify & engage FSR leaders for help with long-term supplier issues requiring escalated systemic support and recovery measuresIdentify & engage Rate Readiness leaders for help with longer term recovery (RR outlines only)Support planners with Customer Ops as requested with supplier recovery detailsProcess KPI'sMPS Attainment % (>80%)CTB % (>=80%)Late Commit Reduction (50% reduction)DLTP Reduction (50% reduction)MOS & ChecklistPull LOB for each outline and export to desktop (All outlines require 100% validation)Organize LOB to help prioritize most critical items first (Do not remove any parts, 100% validation required)"Perform supply and demand assessment on every part within BOM (first review will be most time consuming, each week thereafter will capture new items for review)"Disconnects confirmed in SAP.

    Start mitigation steps with cross functional teams or formal escalation path (War rooms in Command Center)Add all parts in the BOM to Weekly Tracker & add all validated shortages to RAILHold weekly cross functional CTB meeting (could be more than once a week for complex builds or high volume of shortages to manage)Prepare and attend PHT, CTB Review, & Boeing/Airbus Reviews The Honeywell building is a controlled goods program environment.

    Candidates must be eligible for CGP clearance.

    3 years minimum Integrated Supply Chain operations experience2 years planning experienceCompleted Post-secondary educationWE VALUEBachelors degree preferredSAP experienceLean expert or Black beltSome project management or ISC ExperienceGlobal company working experienceProfessional in Microsoft OfficeLead/drive change, and influence/mentor othersAdditional Information
