    Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced sales trainer to develop and conduct comprehensive training programs for our commercial vehicle sales teams across multiple locations. You will create sales curriculum, provide coaching, and analyze metrics to enhance the selling skills of sales professionals representing commercial van, bus, and truck brands.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design and conduct comprehensive sales methodology course modules focusing on honing processes from prospecting through closing
    • Directly manage a team of sales training professionals including content developers, CRM trainer, and administrative staff
    • Set clear objectives for department team members, provide coaching/feedback to drive progress, and track project timelines and deliverables to keep department initiatives moving forward
    • Build relationships across all sales segments, develop a deep understanding of their business model, how they drive growth and the commercial capability gaps that hinder them.
    • Conduct regular skills training sessions and workshops focused on product knowledge, relationship selling, objection handling, and closing techniques
    • Provide focused, individualized sales methodology coaching to upgrade skills in diagnosing customer needs, presenting solutions, navigating objections, and advancing opportunities
    • Deploy assessment strategy to Identify learning needs of the sales teams to support business growth
    • Drive a healthy and sufficient pipeline of projects to ensure a full utilization of available time for training delivery
    • Design and execute impactful onboarding/new hire sales training for commercial vehicle sales representatives
    • Keep up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and products in the commercial vehicle market to enhance training programs
    • Provide regular mentorship to new and existing sales managers to advance coaching abilities
    • Administer budgets, forecasts, expenditures, and staffing needs for the sales training department

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in sales training, preferably in a corporate setting
    • Expertise building commercial vehicle and parts product knowledge in sales teams a plus
    • Ability to present to and engage groups and deliver impactful virtual and in-person training sessions
    • Skilled in motivating and coaching sales professionals
    • Data-driven approach, with ability to analyze metrics and evaluate areas for improvement
    • Exceptional verbal/written communication and presentation abilities
    • Valid driver's license with ability to travel to multiple locations required
