About us

We are currently seeking a full-time (40 hours) mechanical designer (m/f/d) to join our development team at our location in Burgdorf, in the Hannover region.


MEDITE Medical GmbH is an innovative, medium-sized German company in the medical laboratory technology industry, with customers in over 100 countries.


Your responsibilities:

  • Develop, design, and detail complete electromechanical laboratory equipment, components, and assemblies according to given criteria using the design program Creo Parametric
  • Create productionready part and assembly drawings, bills of materials, and documentation
  • Build and test prototypes until they are ready for series production
  • Contribute to the development or optimization of existing products
  • Communicate with business partners and suppliers

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed training as a technician (m/f/d) in mechanical engineering or a comparable field
  • Professional experience in design in the equipment or plant engineering sector is desirable, but motivated beginners (m/f/d) are also welcome
  • Proficient and practical use of the CAD program Creo Parametric or a comparable program
  • Independent, creative work style and interest in developing new ideas
  • Structured, results and projectoriented work style
  • Team and communication skills, assertiveness, and flexibility
  • Good to very good English skills and willingness to travel
