You will take on the leadership and coordination of the House and Operations Technology department with a team of approximately 30 skilled employees
You will also ensure the technical operation of the BG Accident Clinic Murnau
Planning and controlling internal orders and in-house services are also part of your responsibilities
You are responsible for monitoring and controlling the processing of external services
In addition, you will advise the Management of Construction and Technology on new and operational investments
You will prepare contracts and participate in the creation of financial plans and cost control for the Technology department
You will coordinate and manage the technical stakeholders in maintenance projects for operational technology
You will work with external partners and authorities, as well as with departments such as Finance, Medical Technology, IT, and Purchasing

You ideally have a degree in Hospital Operations Technology, Hospital Technology Management, Facility Management, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field
Ideally, you have gained professional experience in a medical facility or a planning office for hospital technology/house technology with personnel responsibility
You have a broad technical knowledge, especially in energy technology, as well as strong leadership and organizational skills
Analytical thinking, assertiveness, teamwork, and high personal commitment complete your profile
