    Renewable Energy Project Development & Finance Associate Attorney

    Anchorage AK, Aspen CO, Billings MT, Boise ID, Boulder CO, Cheyenne WY, Denver CO, Jackson Hole WY, Las Vegas NV, Reno NV, Salt Lake City UT, Santa Fe NM, Washington DC

    OUR CLIENT

    Our client is an AmLaw200 full-service law firm with 13 offices across the United States. The team has supported the energy and resources sector for generations. In early 2024 the firm represented one of the world's largest privately owned developers of wind, solar, transmission and energy storage projects which constitutes the largest clean energy infrastructure project in US history. They are seeking a Renewable Energy Project Development & Finance Associate to join their team.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Ideal candidates will have 2-7 years of law firm experience in project development, finance, mergers & acquisitions, and commercial contracts.
    • Experience working in the renewable energy industry and experience with power purchase agreements, company or asset purchase and sale agreements, hedge contacts, equipment supply contracts, construction contracts or similar agreements is preferred but not required.
    • Team-oriented, enjoy collaborating, and have strong written and oral communication skills.

    COMPENSATION

    $185,000 - $260,000/year DOE (if based in CO)
