Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal support to the company for contracts and other daily operations that require legal advice and services. This includes drafting, revising, and negotiating legal documents in English;

2. Offer practical, effective, and solution-based legal advice for daily business operations. Conduct research and investigations on relevant laws;

3. Provide training to company staff on German laws and regulations;

4. Handle disputes, litigation, and government investigations;

5. Implement compliance policies and establish compliance procedures;

6. Perform other duties as assigned;

Qualifications:

1. BA/MA in Law, with attorney or bar qualification.

2. At least 8 years of relevant work experience in a multinational company or reputable law firm in Germany.
