    This is a new role, and a critical component of the growth and expansion of BluEarth across the US. You will report directly to VP, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, and work collaboratively with two other legal counsels (1 in Canada and 1 in Denver), across a broad range of project delivery areas, including acquisition, development, construction, financing, and operations.     CANDIDATE PROFILE

    We are seeking an accomplished Counsel/Attorney/Legal professional with successful track record of 3-10 years post-JD (after obtaining JD degree) relevant, legal experience in a broad range of project delivery areas, including acquisition, development, construction, financing, and operations in the renewables/infrastructure/EPC/ O&G/ Utilities/energy or related industries. Experience could be with a company or a legal firm.

    You will have sound knowledge of advising on issues, reviewing, negotiating, and drafting various agreements relating to the development and operation of large capital-intensive projects, ideally including power purchase agreements, real property agreements, construction and procurement agreements and O&M agreements. Knowledge of wind and solar projects will be a huge asset.
