**Job Duties:**

As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, youll be:

Oversight of the daily maintenance of the facility

Direct supervision of the cleaning staff

Initial and ongoing training of staff

Managing multiple buildings

Ordering supplies

Managing labor and supply budgets

Developing and maintaining professional working relationships with building contacts

Bilingual is a plus but not required

Our Managers work an early second shift schedule

Cleaning Restrooms

Removing Trash

Sanitizing

Sweeping & Mopping

Vacuuming & Dusting

**Jobs:**

Monday - Friday 4:00pm-12:30am (with hour lunch) With Variable Weekends (40 Hours Total) @ $22.00 Per Hour

Room to Grow

Work Individually or as a Team

**Requirements:**

You **must** be 18 years old

2 Plus years of Management Experience

Excellent written and oral communications skills

Janitorial or other service related background

A valid drivers license with favorable driving history

A pre-employment drug screen is required
