Responsibilities:


  • Caring for a wide range of animals including but not limited to: dogs, cats, hamsters, guinea pigs, ferrets, lizards, snakes, and bearded dragons
  • Walking hospitalized and boarding dogs
  • Cleaning of the kennels & clinic
  • Feeding & watering hospitalized and boarding animals
  • Cleaning of animal waste & trash in the property surrounding the clinic
  • Restocking of supplies in the clinic to prepare for the next day
  • Overall, maintain a clean and healthy environment in the clinic & kennel

Qualifications:


  • Be able to complete work thoroughly
  • Be able to work under stressful situations in the event an emergency situation occurs
  • Be able to work weekends & nights
  • Ability to interact with animals in a calm, nonthreatening manner
  • Preferred experience in animal care or other related fields

Pay:
From $14.00 per hour


Day range:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Shift:

  • Evening shift

Work setting:

  • Inperson
