We are currently looking for a real estate technician (m/f/d) to manage our properties in Newnan as soon as possible.

Here are your responsibilities

  • Technical management of assigned residential and property portfolio
  • Point of contact for tenants regarding technical matters
  • Initiating immediate measures to prevent hazards
  • Planning, preparation, and obtaining bids for construction projects (renovation, maintenance, and modernization measures)
  • Monitoring and acceptance of maintenance and modernization measures
  • Participation in tenders and negotiations for unit prices
  • Budget management

You have/are...

  • A degree in civil engineering, construction technology, master craftsman or equivalent technical qualification with professional experience
  • An organized, structured, and results-oriented work style
  • High sense of responsibility and commitment
  • Strong awareness of quality and cost
  • Good time management skills
  • Social competence, good manners, and a confident and friendly demeanor
  • Resilient, loyal, flexible, and able to work independently
  • A valid driver's license (Class B)
