Prokommunal is a medium-sized company that offers specialized software solutions for authorities and specializes in road traffic authorities as part of the company network.

The Projects:

Prokommunal GmbH offers its customers modern software solutions in the areas of vehicle registration, driver's license management, and commercial road transport under the new VOIS technology. We are looking for reinforcement for our competence team "Road Traffic" in the areas of customer support and process implementation.

As part of the competence team "Road Traffic", you will be part of a nationwide support team of the participating VOIS partners. The central focus is on accompanying and coordinating software implementation projects with our customers and partners.

Your Tasks:

Availability of the telephone hotline in coordination with the support team (1st and 2nd level support)
Recording of error messages and requirements from end customers via corresponding ticket systems
Coordination of solution strategies for problems within the support team
Accompanying and coordinating software implementation projects with our customers and partners
Support in organizing and conducting VOIS|KFZ trainings

Your Profile:

Completed training in the commercial sector, IT environment (IT specialist) or as an educational trainer, as well as comparable educational backgrounds or experience; applications with study
