- Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport with clients while identifying areas for improvement and highlighting best practices.
- Review the customer journey and identify opportunities to support clients in overcoming challenges and achieving their goals.
- Facilitate communication and workflow between project team members, including third-party service providers, to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
- Collaborate with team members to problem-solve and strategize upcoming client meetings.
- Prepare documentation and visuals to demonstrate the performance of campaigns and analyze trends in customer satisfaction scores to identify areas for improvement.
- Work with the sales and marketing team to gather customer references and develop case studies.
- 1-2 years of experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to develop strategic plans and manage projects effectively.
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.
- Comfortable working across multiple departments in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities to meet the needs of clients and the business.
