- Manage and grow a portfolio of Document Print Solutions customers within assigned territory.
- Drive new business development by identifying, pursuing, and closing opportunities in an emerging and competitive market.
- Build long-term customer relationships by serving as a consultative partner and recommending solutions that meet business needs.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas while maintaining acceptable profitability.
- Track daily sales activity, quotes, and pipeline progress using Salesforce CRM and other sales tools.
- Demonstrate a growth mindset — always learning, improving, and bringing fresh ideas to help TPM win.
- Lead courageously within your territory, showing the desire and ability to expand responsibility and advance within the organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business growth and customer success.

- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 5-7 years of business-to-business (B2B) sales or account management experience, preferably in document print or related technology solutions.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
