The Ehrhardt AG is a medium-sized company with 32 branches at 12 locations.

The Ehrhardt AG branches are dealerships and service workshops for the vehicle brands Audi, Volkswagen, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, Seat, Cupra, Skoda, Hyundai and MG, a dealership for the Pilote Group (motorhomes) and three E-Bike stores.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As Sales Manager E-Bike m/f/d, you will take on the cross-location management of our E-Bike exclusive stores. Your tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies and goals, as well as building and maintaining customer relationships. You are also responsible for achieving sales and profit targets and monitoring and analyzing sales data and trends. In addition, you are responsible for leading and motivating employees towards company goals. A good leadership style and a passion for success are therefore essential.


YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Business knowledge
  • Sales experience
  • Leadership experience in sales
  • Knowledge of the E-Bike market and trends
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make decisions based on data
  • High customer and service orientation
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • High level of commitment
