We are currently seeking a full-time Trainee Store Manager (m/f/d) for our stores in Hamburg.

If you are a natural salesperson with an open and friendly personality who loves nuts, then this is the perfect opportunity for you

Responsibilities:

You will support our Store Manager in managing the shop, from ordering the products to roasting and selling our fresh nut mixes
You will advise, sell, and share your enthusiasm for our products with our customers
You will assist the Store Manager in selecting and displaying the products offered
You will actively participate in the development of the store in close collaboration with the headquarters in Großwallstadt
You will work on projects, such as planning events in the store
You will have the opportunity to shape your tasks independently based on your curiosity and commitment

Qualifications:

You have a degree in business administration, nutrition science, home economics, or a similar qualification
You have previous work experience, including internships and parttime jobs, in the food industry or business administration
You are a team player with a strong work ethic
You have a quick grasp and a high sense of responsibility
You are communicative and confident
