Your tasks

  • Creating specifications for inverters based on guidelines from network operators and current international standards
  • Assisting in the design of control algorithms to meet network operator requirements
  • Participating in the creation of specifications from product specifications and reviewing the created requirements documents
  • Preliminary measurement for certification with norm-compliant test setup and measurement procedure (focus on grid coupling)
    • Supervising measurement institutes or certifiers for in-house measurements, if necessary also in external laboratories. For in-house measurements, conditions of the test bench and equipment
    • Conducting measurements and creating reports for self-declarations
    • Clarifying problems with the hardware and software team
  • Creating certification-relevant inverter models (e.g. PowerFactory and/or PSSE, PSCAD)
  • Participating in standardization committees to better understand requirements
  • Supervising research projects in the field of grid integration of generation plants
  • Further development of test automation
  • Assisting other departments with technical questions

Your profile

  • Completed technical studies, e.g. industrial engineering, electrical engineering or similar
  • Experience in leading cross-functional
