Your training In 3.

5 years, you will be trained step by step to become an energy hero:


  • As an EBT, you use your energy to make electricity flow
  • Whether it's overhead lines, transformers or substations - you will go to places where few have ever been.
  • You will learn how we monitor and improve our huge network with state-of-the-art technology. You will install intelligent controls with us - so that we can master the energy transition together.
  • You will investigate and fix malfunctions.
  • Theory is important, but so is practice. With us, you will find the perfect balance.
You will also spend a lot of time with your fellow trainees:

One third of the time you will be at our training center in Eggenfelden or at the customer center and vocational school in Pfarrkirchen.
