- Performs various accounts payable functions, including weekly auditing and entering invoice data, reviewing and verifying account codes, reconciling vendor statements, verifying completeness and accuracy of computations and performing data entry.
- Receives visitors and telephone inquiries and provides pertinent information.
- Maintains spreadsheets to relevant accounting data and information.
- Prepares and reconciles monthly and quarterly reports.
- Acts as a liaison between the office and facilities, and outside vendors for necessary building maintenance and equipment repairs.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
- Review support orders and perform the various processes in the statewide case registry.
- Perform recalculations and/or audits for support arrearages as ordered or needed.
- Prepare and distribute necessary documents to the recipient, payor and/or employer.
- Review Applications/Supplemental Applications for Deferral/Waiver for accuracy and process as appropriate.
- Monitor deferrals, generate proper documents and proceed to the collections process.
- Refer delinquent cases to FARE and enter into TIP.

Under minimal supervision, performs diversified tasks in support of the operation and financial functions specific to the assigned department.
Major Duties, Responsibilities
Account Clerk III:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
A minimum of two (2) years of progressively responsible experience in general bookkeeping, administrative work, and/or accounting.
Additional Requirements:
Must possess a valid Arizona driver's license without restrictions.
