Description
Your Job INVISTA's Specialty Industrial Materials Team is currently seeking a Strategic Account ManagerOur Team The Account Manager will report to the Commercial Director and be office based in the Atlanta, Georgia area (specifically Kennesaw, GA).
The role includes 20-40% travel, including overnight travel.What You Will Do Customer Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their unique requirements and provide tailored solutions
Sales Generation:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial fibers market, collaborating closely with the Regional Commercial Director, New Business Development, Technical Marketing, End-use Applications Engineering, and key Plant Personnel to ensure comprehensive understanding of target accounts
Market Research:
Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify potential areas for growth and maintain a competitive edge
Customer Service:
Provide excellent post-sales support, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Experience building and growing customer relationships.
Experience partnering with cross-functional teams, internal and external customers Experience in account management, sales or customer service What Will Put You Ahead Experience in working with automotive sector at OEM or Tier 1 levels.
