- Develop and nurture relationships with prospects, customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Achieve sales and margin targets while developing and managing territorial sales and forecasts.
- Generate new business from global CPG and Blue Chip brand prospects.
- Create and implement an annual sales plan and achieve a prospect close ratio as agreed upon.
- Issue price increases as needed and maintain sales opportunities using CRM.
- Improve quote quality, closure rate, and market share.
- Report competitive information for product positioning.
- Submit timely call reports, expense accounts, and weekly updates.
- Understand and meet necessary deadlines.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Sciences or Business.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant sales and marketing experience.
- Experience in business development with global companies.
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of revenue forecasting.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and lead internal stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proven strategic planning and execution experience.
- Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
