    Description
    Senior Strategic Account Manager

    About the Job:
    This role focuses on managing and being accountable for achieving sales and margin targets for the territory, both by maintaining current business accounts and by establishing new business opportunities for the company.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and nurture relationships with prospects, customers, and internal stakeholders.
    • Achieve sales and margin targets while developing and managing territorial sales and forecasts.
    • Generate new business from global CPG and Blue Chip brand prospects.
    • Create and implement an annual sales plan and achieve a prospect close ratio as agreed upon.
    • Issue price increases as needed and maintain sales opportunities using CRM.
    • Improve quote quality, closure rate, and market share.
    • Report competitive information for product positioning.
    • Submit timely call reports, expense accounts, and weekly updates.
    • Understand and meet necessary deadlines.

    Requirements:
    • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Sciences or Business.
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant sales and marketing experience.
    • Experience in business development with global companies.
    • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of revenue forecasting.
    • Ability to work cross-functionally and lead internal stakeholders.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
    • Proven strategic planning and execution experience.
    • Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
    • Must have a valid driver's license.
