The Director, Procurement Transformation, reporting to the SeniorDirector, Operations Excellence, will play a vital role in leveragingtechnology to enable four pillars: value creation, digitaltransformation, risk mitigation, and talent development.

This role willlead and execute high-visibility initiatives with precision and timeliness.

This leader will be responsible for developing a multi-year digital roadmap tostabilize DaVita's existing Procure-to-pay platforms and evaluate futuretechnology (including artificial intelligence-enabled solutions), demandplanning, and inventory management systems, to name a few.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive integration of multiple program workstreams to deliver onProcurement's transformational objectives
Experience with Coupa P2P required
Affect positive change on projects by analyzing performance metrics anddashboards for continuous improvement.
Lead and govern the source-to-pay (S2P) digital footprint and businessoptimization team.
Bring to bear previous procurement systems experience to identify and deploybest-in-class tools and platforms as necessary.
Createa culture that enables agility and automation through technology
Manage relationships with key stakeholders and business leaders to ensuredigital transformationinitiatives enable desiredmulti-year objectives andbusiness outcomes
Thoughtfully coach and develop a team of 4+ leaders. Identifystandard modelsand cadence for continuous improvement and automation opportunities.
Seek out innovative technology to further advance our procurement digitalstrategy.
Problem solver with Technology implementation experience

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management,Information Technology, or a related field.
Extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management.
Proficiency in Coupa required
Previous leadership experience in driving digital transformation initiativeswithin procurement.
This role also leads Operational Excellence projects that will driveefficiencies andprovide solutions that assist inmaintaining a competitive costposition.
